Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings
- Bookings can be made online, by email, or by phone.
- A booking is only considered confirmed once a 50% deposit has been paid.
2. Payment
- The balance of the booking amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, or cash.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is 14h00.
- Check-out time is 10h00.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay.
- Guests are required to respect the Lodge's rules and regulations, as well as the environment and wildlife.
6. Liability
- The Lodge shall not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by the Guest, except to the extent that such damages or losses are caused by the Lodge's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Indemnity
- The Guest indemnifies the Lodge against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Guest's actions or omissions during their stay.
8. Governing Law
- These Booking Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
9. Changes to Booking Terms and Conditions
- The Lodge reserves the right to amend these Booking Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
10. Acceptance
- By making a booking, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Booking Terms and Conditions.
