Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

- "Lodge" refers to Ngoma Bush Lodge, its employees, agents, and affiliates.
- "Guest" refers to the person or persons booking and/or staying at the Lodge.
- "Booking" refers to the reservation made by the Guest for accommodation and/or other services provided by the Lodge.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

- Bookings can be made online, by email, or by phone.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

3. Payment

- The Lodge accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and cash.
- All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

4. Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in time is 14h00.
- Check-out time is 10h00.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.

5. Guest Responsibilities

- Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay.
- Guests are required to respect the Lodge's rules and regulations, as well as the environment and wildlife.

6. Liability

- The Lodge shall not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by the Guest, except to the extent that such damages or losses are caused by the Lodge's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Indemnity

- The Guest indemnifies the Lodge against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Guest's actions or omissions during their stay.

8. Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- The Lodge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.

10. Acceptance

- By making a booking, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

11. Website Use

- The Guest agrees to use the Lodge's website and online booking system in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Guest acknowledges that the Lodge's website and online booking system are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Data Protection

- The Lodge shall comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
- The Guest acknowledges that the Lodge may collect, use, and disclose their personal information in accordance with the Lodge's privacy policy.

13. Entire Agreement

- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Guest and the Lodge.
- These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the Guest and the Lodge.

14. Severability

- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
